Asian American Resource Center: Cooking Skills and World Cuisine - In Collaboration with the AARC and Common Threads

Interested in being a chef? Want to cook your way around the world? This free 3rd-8th grade program engages students’ tastes and minds. This global class explores the culture and cuisine of 10 countries, including Mexico, Senegal, Turkey and more! In the kitchen, young chefs will learn how to follow a recipe, prepare and cook ingredients and always leave the kitchen as clean as they found it!

This series requires a commitment to attend 10 sessions, every Thursday, from March 23 to May 25th, from 4PM - 5:30PM. Must be between 8 to 12 years old to sign up Free. Supplies Provided.
