Blackademics TV at the Carver, 7PM

The Blackademics Television (BTV) media project is a nationally broadcast PBS show that brings black scholarship and black intellectual life to broad popular audiences. BTV brings top Black Studies scholars together to engage with projects and research focused on education, performance and youth empowerment. For this special Black History Month edition, Blackademics will be filming in the Carver's Boyd Vance Theatre as they present minority speakers and highlighting academics in the community.
