**Excluding the last Monday of every month and City Holidays**

Join us for Bilingual yoga, Mondays at 6:30pm as part of the ESB-MACC Holistic Wellness Program. Taught by Sana Yoga, classes will rotate between three different types of yoga:

Yin Yoga/Meditation: A restorative yoga practice that focuses on breathwork and supportive poses followed by meditation.

Adaptive Yoga: Instead of trying to force your body into one-size-fits-all poses, adaptive yoga fits the movements to what you’re able to do. It uses props like blankets, straps, and chairs to make the poses open to more people.

Hatha Yoga: Move through poses slowly and purposefully to develop strength and flexibility, leaving space for relaxation and mindfulness.

Sana Yoga provides a pathway for healing with equitable and accessible programming, while organizing to reduce systemic factors that negatively impact mental health, physical health and social well-being amongst our Latinx community and other marginalized communities.

**The Holistic Wellness Program attends to the needs of the total person while remaining rooted in our Latino/Mexican American cultural identities. True wellness is a combination of Physical, Social, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Emotional/Mental, Occupational, and Spiritual aspects and, like the diversity of our people, deserves to be nourished and cultivated to enrich individual lives and uplift our community.**
