Foundations of Everyday Leadership is 4 part online training taught by the University of Illinois and delivered online through Coursera. Students taking this course will commit to 4-6 hours of material each week for a total of 16-24 hours of training. In this course you will learn about the “head to heart” of everyday leadership, individual decision making, group decision making, and managing motivation.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand why and how leadership skills are so critical to organizational success
  • Learn how to use leadership skills to work more effectively with others
  • Learn how to use leadership skills to organize others to work more effectively together
  • Learn the foundations of effective leadership skills
