City of Austin & Travis County staff will share info about:

  • City of Austin home repair programs for income-eligible, older, as well as disabled Austinites.
  • Homestead exemptions can lower your property tax bill. You may be eligible for additional exemptions if you or your spouse are aged 65/and older; disabled; or a disabled veteran. Staff can sign you up for programs if you bring your license/state ID.
  • Discounted internet service programs
