You are invited to the City’s launch of original songs and music videos, by local musicians Andrea Magee and Kevin Russell of Shinyribs, to highlight the importance of adhering to leash laws and leashing your dogs on Saturday, February 4, noon to 2 p.m.
The event will be held, rain or shine, at the beautiful lakeside Fiesta Gardens (2101 Jesse E. Segovia St).
The music videos are part of a leash awareness campaign spearheaded by the Austin Animal Center, the Austin Parks and Recreation Department, the Animal Advisory Commission, Austin Parks and Recreation Board, Austin Parks Foundation, and The Trail Conservancy.
We will have dessert bites from Street Treats, adoptable shelter dogs, ID dog tag engraving, give aways, Bark Rangers, and more! Come support these local creative musicians for a fun afternoon!
