Tejanos in Texas, Tejanos in Austin (History Symposium)

✨ Join local historians, genealogy researchers and archivisits for a full day honoring Tejano history in Austin! The morning portion of the program will be a celebration of the Tejano Monument and the contributions of the Tejanos to Texas. The afternoon portion of the program will be the genealogy of Austinite Danny Camacho and the early Tejanos in Austin.

Since this event includes lunch, pre-registration os required. Registration is $15 for members, $25 for non-members per person. To register go to https://www.tgsaustin.org/events and use the donate button to pay $25 or $15 per person. In the note section of the payment page please indicate your choice of Ham, Turkey, or Vegetarian Sandwich and choice of potato or corn chips. Regular and sweet tea and water will be provided. Register by June 7th! If you need any other options to pay please email tgsa@tgsaustin.org
