Williamson Creek - Battle Bend Water Quality Retrofit
Battle Bend Water Quality Retrofit is a joint project with the Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) to implement Green Infrastructure, stream/riparian habitat restoration, and enhance recreational opportunities in a City facility. This project will consist of a biofiltration facility that doubles as a playing field, daylighting and restoring a portion of stream channel, and improving trails to enhance park accessibility.

ACC Highland Chilled Water Plant
The Work consists of the finish out of the 4,500 ton Chiller Plant to serve the ACC Highland Campus. This includes furnishing and installing chillers, cooling towers and tower platform, water pumps, air handlers, electrical distribution equipment, fire protection equipment, thermal energy tank, controls system, chemical storage shed, and other ancillary equipment per the design documents. The scope also includes installing architectural finishes for the plant, performing startup and commissioning of the plant, and providing all other requirements.

Walsh Boat Landing - Site Improvements
Maintenance of existing docks and shoreline improvements to meet current City of Austin code requirements for recreational boat use.

On October 2, 1995, a revision to the City's Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) / Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) / Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Ordinance became effective.
The Ordinance establishes new goals for MBE / WBE / DBE Participation. Bidders are required to document efforts to solicit MBE / WBE / DBEs in the Compliance Plan. The Goals for each project and the instructions and forms for the Compliance Plan are included in the MBE / WBE / DBE Program Packet included in the solicitation. For construction contracts, the MBE / WBE / DBE Program Packet is a separately bound volume of the Project Manual.
