Complainant states that a 16-year-old was allegedly shot in the face with a "nonlethal" round by an the Austin police department sniper. A volunteer medical worker was also shot by the Austin police department as they were administering aid. Complainant states that police should not be allowed to use "nonlethal" weapons on protestors. The Office of Police Oversight recommends that this allegation receive an A classification.
