OPO Recommendation for Case #2024-0389, Ryne Kirchberg
In response to Police Chief Lisa Davis, the Office of Police Oversight agrees with Officer Ryne Kirchberg’s chain of command regarding the sustained findings on violations of APD policies on the storage of firearms and the responsibility to know and comply. The OPO agrees with any proposed discipline for his conduct per the APD’s Disciplinary Matrix.
