Temporary suspension of Officer Draper Williams
Chief of Police Brian Manley determined that Officer Williams' actions violated Civil Service Commission Rule 10.03(L) and suspended him from duty for 4 days, from June 21, 2020 through June 24, 2020. Internal Affairs' investigation revealed that Officer Williams violated Civil Service Rules and APD policy by driving into the back of a vehicle stopped in traffic with his patrol car.
