The following numbers are from the Labor Day No Refusal Initiative that was conducted by the Austin Police Department Thursday, August 29, 2019 through Monday, September 2, 2019, from 10 p.m. – 5 a.m. each day.  During the operational time periods, there were 57 DWI related arrests made:
 
Total DWI arrests during No Refusal period = 57
 
Blood Search Warrants:          27
Consent Breath Samples:       18
Consent Blood Samples:         12
 
Of these arrests, the following number had enhanced DWI charges:

Felony DWI (2 or more prior convictions) =                       1
Felony DWI Child Passenger =                                         2
Boating While Intoxicated =                                               1
