The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is working in conjunction with the FBI Central Texas Violent Crime Task Force to investigate a bank robbery that occurred on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Austin Telco Federal Credit Union located at 1100 Center Ridge Drive. The suspect entered the bank, displayed a note to the teller demanding money and left the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.
Suspect (pictured below) is described as:
  • White male
  • 5’7” – 5’8”
  • Slim build
  • Mid 20s to early 30s
  • Clean shaven
  • Mole on back of neck
  • Last seen wearing a long-sleeve shirt, baseball cap, light-colored shorts and black shoes
