The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is working in conjunction with the FBI Central Texas Violent Crime Task Force to investigate a bank robbery that occurred on Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 500 East Ben White Blvd.  The suspect entered the bank, displayed a note to the teller and left the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

Suspect described as:

• Black male
• 5’10”
• Approximately 190 lbs.
• Average build
• Mid 40s to 50s
• Last seen wearing a baseball cap, black shirt and blue jeans
