The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is working in conjunction with the FBI Central Texas Violent Crimes Task Force to investigate a bank robbery that occurred on Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 500 E Ben White Blvd. The suspect entered the bank, displayed a note to the teller and left the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen running east down Ben white Blvd. No injuries were reported.
 
Suspect described as:

• Black male
• 6’0” – 6’1”
• Approximately 150 lbs.
• Thick build
• Mid 40s
• Last seen wearing a baseball cap, black shirt and blue jeans
