Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for February 2021 was 344,735, down 72.4% compared to February 2020. February 2021 enplanements totaled 173,593, down 72.1%. Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 104,863, down 73.6%; American Airlines passengers totaled 71,714, down 69.8%; United Airlines passengers totaled 50,402, down 72.6%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 50,331, down 72.7%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 23,620, down 68.7%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 17,811, down 61.7%; Alaska Airlines passengers 13,573, down 70.8%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 9,332, down 78.9%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 3,018, down 50.6%; and Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 71, up 61.4%.
February 2021 air cargo totaled 12,314,080 lbs., down 14.7% compared to February 2020. International air cargo totaled 21,504 lbs., down 98.8%. Federal Express carried 5,484,518 lbs., down 23.7%; Sun Country Airlines carried 2,210,938 lbs.; and United Parcel Service carried 2,063,490 lbs., down 17.3%.
Air Services transferred 436,459 lbs. of mail, down 53.7%; and 425,918 lbs. of belly freight, down 79.5%.
Aircraft Operations: General Aviation operations totaled 2,268, down 31.5%. Combined operations (including commercial and military) totaled 8,150, down 47.6%.
January – February 2021
Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for January – February 2021 was 758,852, down 70%, compared to January – February 2020. January – February 2021 enplanements totaled 375,387, down 70%. Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 241,509, down 70.3%; American Airlines passengers totaled 156,212, down 67.6%; United Airlines passengers totaled 116,506, down 68.4%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 104,660, down 71.7%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 48,834, down 67.4%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 35,039, down 62.6%; Alaska Airlines passengers 27,873, down 70.1%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 22,693, down 74.4%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 5,158, down 55.7%; Swift Air passengers totaled 297, down 68%; and Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 71, down 73.8%.
January – February 2021 air cargo totaled 32,169,327 lbs., up 8.4% compared to 2020. International air cargo totaled 47,682 lbs., down 98.4%. Federal Express carried 13,012,642 lbs., down 10.7%; Sun Country Airlines carried 5,158,459 lbs.; and United Parcel Service carried 4,538,208 lbs., down 17.8%.
Air Services transferred 1,072,946 lbs. of mail, down 47.2%; and 807,872 lbs. of belly freight, down 78.2%.
Aircraft Operations: General Aviation operations totaled 5,390 for January – February 2021, down 18.6%. Combined operations (including commercial and military) totaled 18,550, down 41.9%.
