The City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department is currently seeking candidates for this newly created position.
The City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) is currently seeking candidates for the newly created Equity & Inclusion Program Manager I position. The new manager will work hand in hand with PARD Director, Kimberly McNeeley, and will oversee the development, coordination, and administration of equity policies and practices for PARD, ensuring equitable access, opportunities, and outcomes for the workforce and community.

Ideal candidates will have experience with strategic planning, development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion programs, and track-record of success working with partner groups.
