
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS: Creekside Senior Housing Limited Partnership
The Austin Housing Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") will hold a public hearing at 10:30 a.m. on October 27, 2022 at 301 W. Second Street, Austin, Texas 78701.
Among the items to be discussed will be a proposal for the issuance by the Issuer of bonds (the "Bonds") the proceeds of which will be loaned to Creekside Senior Housing Limited Partnership, a Texas limited partnership, or an affiliate of Creekside Senior Housing Limited Partnership (the "Borrower"), to provide permanent financing for the acquisition and construction of an approximately 176-unit multi-family residential project to be known as Arbors at Creekside located at 1026 Clayton Lane in Austin, TX (the "Project") for individuals and families of low and moderate income.
The maximum aggregate face amount of the Bonds is anticipated to be $25,000,000. All interested parties are invited to submit written comments to the Issuer prior to the time set for the public hearing or to attend the public hearing and express any comments they may have regarding the Project or the Bonds.

The Austin Housing Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") will hold a public hearing at 10:30 a.m. on October 27, 2022 at 301 W. Second Street, Austin, Texas 78701.
Among the items to be discussed will be a proposal for the issuance by the Issuer of bonds (the "Bonds") the proceeds of which will be loaned to Live Make Housing Partners LP, a Texas limited partnership (the "Borrower"), or an affiliate thereof, to provide construction and permanent financing for the leasing, construction, and operation of an approximately 66-unit residential rental project to be known as Live Make Apartments located at 1127 Tillery Street in Austin, TX (the "Project") for individuals and families of low and moderate income.
The maximum aggregate face amount of the Bonds is anticipated to be $9,000,000. All interested parties are invited to submit written comments to the Issuer prior to the time set for the public hearing or to attend the public hearing and express any comments they may have regarding the Project or the Bonds.
