Deceased:  Christopher Lee Forrest, White male (D.O.B. 12-03-80)

The preliminary investigation shows that a black Honda CRB motorcycle was traveling eastbound on FM 2222 in the 11000 block when it left the roadway for an unknown reason. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased on scene.
