The preliminary investigation shows that Jeanny Nunez-Noguera was in the right lane in the 11400 block of N. IH-35 NB proper when he was struck by a red, 2016 Honda Civic.
 
The driver of the Honda Civic remained at the crash site and is cooperating with the investigation. No charges are expected to be filed.
