Deceased:    Billy Dewayne Brewster III, Black male, (D.O.B. 5-16-04)
 
The preliminary investigation shows that a 2014, maroon Mazda 5 was traveling westbound in the 600 block of E. Yager Ln. A pedestrian was walking westbound in the middle of the road when he was struck by the Mazda. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene.
 
The driver of the Mazda remained on scene and cooperated. No charges are expected to be filed at this time.
