Deceased:    Mario Antonio Granado-Godoy, Hispanic male, D.O.B. 11-22-99
 
The preliminary investigation shows that a 2007 white, Ford Mustang was stopped in the center lane of southbound IH 35 in the 7400 block. A 2017 white, Peterbuilt Truck Tractor was traveling southbound in the center lane and struck the back of the Mustang. The driver of the Mustang was pronounced deceased on the scene.
 
The driver of the Peterbuilt Tractor Truck remained on scene and cooperated. No charges are expected to be filed at this time.
