On July 18, 2022, at approximately 2:26 a.m., Austin Police Department (APD) officers observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Decker Ln, traveling recklessly at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was then involved in a single vehicle collision near FM 969 and Decker Ln. The occupants were taken to the hospital by EMS, where one person died. This is an active investigation.
