COVID-19 Information

A variety of maintenance projects and upgrades to COVID-19 systems will impact the dashboards and public testing enrollment system.

Austin, Texas – Austin Public Health will be doing a variety of maintenance projects and upgrades to COVID-19 systems that will necessitate outages and impact the dashboards and public testing enrollment system.

Today, Sunday, Jan. 10, the COVID-19 dashboards will not be updated with new numbers. On Monday, Jan. 11 the dashboards will be updated with the count combined for both days resulting in a higher case count for the day.

Again, on Tuesday, Jan. 12, the dashboards will not be updated. On Wednesday, Jan. 13 the numbers for both Tuesday and Wednesday will be posted to the dashboards.

Additionally, on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, the COVID-19 public testing enrollment form for Austin Public Health will be offline intermittently. During these outages, the public will not be able to register for testing or check results. We will notify the public via social media when the maintenance is complete.
