Neighborhood planning in Austin provides communities an opportunity to take a proactive role in determining how neighborhoods will move into the future while addressing land use, zoning, transportation and urban design issues.
The Restore Rundberg project encompasses three City Council-adopted neighborhood planning areas, presenting a unique opportunity for the community to collectively act on the plans through the Rundberg Revitalization Team and project-specific workgroups.
The three neighborhood plans encompassed in this process are the North Austin Civic Association (NACA), North Lamar Combined (Georgian Acres / North Lamar), and Heritage Hills / Windsor Hills. Visit the Neighborhood Plan page of the Planning and Development Review Department to view the full plans, future land use maps, plan updates, and contact team information.
