Please call 3-1-1 and provide a location and description of the issue. An investigator will visit the location and assess the situation to determine if a workgroup should be assigned.

Ground transportation includes all vehicle-for-hire services such as taxi, pedicab, shuttle service, limousine service, charter service, electric low-speed vehicles, group cycle, horse-drawn carriage, and touring/sightseeing companies. You can report an issue online or by email.

The Labor Relations Office represents the City in negotiations related to wages, hours and terms of employment with public safety employees' associations.

Food establishments in Austin are inspected twice a year to evaluate proper food handling to ensure food safety. Inspection scores are posted online for public review.

The Sexual Health Clinic at 15 Waller Street (RBJ Health Center, 1st Floor) provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of sexually transmitted infections. Schedule a clinic appointment online or call 512-972-5430. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The fee for examination and treatment is $20, which includes all laboratory testing. NOTE: We can only test for Genital Herpes if you have active symptoms.
