The Athletics Office organizes adult basketball, flag football, indoor volleyball, and softball recreational leagues for men, women and co-ed teams throughout the City of Austin. In addition, the Athletics Office reserves various outdoor facilities for formal or informal sports leagues, activities, and events. We also partner with non-profit Youth Sport Organizations to provide recreational opportunities to Austin youth. The Athletic Office is committed to serving the community by providing multiple recreational opportunities!

Basketball

Teams play at various City of Austin Recreation Centers around the city. Teams can register to play in the High (Advanced), Medium (Intermediate), or Low (Recreational) leagues which are defined by the level of play. Flag Football

Teams play at Krieg Complex (515 S Pleasant Valley Rd) on the multi-purpose field. Teams can register to play in the High (Advanced), Medium (Intermediate), or Low (Recreational) leagues which are defined by the level of play. Soccer

Austin Parks and Recreation boasts soccer fields, mini-pitches and multipurpose fields. Both adult and youth soccer leagues are accessible through community organizations. Various Community Recreation Centers provide seasonal co-ed youth recreational soccer programs aimed at instilling fundamental skills and fostering teamwork. Softball

Teams play at Krieg Complex (515 S Pleasant Valley Rd) and Havins Complex (12138 N Lamar Blvd) Monday through Friday evenings.  Teams can register to play in the Advanced 3 Homerun, Intermediate 2 Homerun, Recreational 1 Homerun, or Novice 0 Homerun leagues which are defined by the level of play. Indoor Volleyball

Teams play at Austin Recreation Center (1301 Shoal Creek Blvd). Teams can register to play in the A (Advanced), B/BB (Intermediate), or BB/B (Recreational) leagues which are defined by the level of play. Facility Reservation

Facility Reservations for hourly rentals, tournaments, events, or other activities are available at varies locations throughout the City of Austin. Available facility types are softball/kickball fields, baseball fields, multi-purpose fields, and sand volleyball courts. Reservations are made based upon availability and priority of usage.
