Queja formal: Requisito de arresto en casos de violencia doméstica para delitos de agresión, Información de la víctima
El querellante alega que los oficiales no arrestaron al presunto agresor por interferir con una llamada de emergencia y no de dieron un folleto de Información de asistencia a víctimas durante un incidente de violencia doméstica.
