Queja formal: Actitud imparcial y cortesía, responsabilidad de saber y cumplir y otras violaciones a políticas
El querellante alega que mientras esperaba por su transporte, dos oficiales de APD en bicicleta se le acercaron y uno de ellos no le quiso escuchar, se puso listo con él y le pidió que se fuera. El querellante alega que también se rehusó a irse y le amenazó con arrestarle. OPO recomienda que esta alegación reciba una clasificación B.
