Complainant alleges that they were walking peacefully when an officer standing six feet away pointed a gun to her head and told her not to come closer. As they turned around, more guns were cocked. Complainant also alleges that they were exposed to tear gas for peacefully protesting, resulting in injuries. The Office of Police Oversight recommends that this allegation receive an A classification.
