Further, the complainant alleges that the officer provided misleading information during the interview and has since contacted the complainant, saying that the child will be arrested despite any corroborating evidence. El querellante alega que un detective de la policía de Austin interrogó a su hijo menor de edad y recogió una muestra de ADN sin el consentimiento de los padres ni representación legal. Además, el querellante alega que el oficial suministró información engañosa durante la entrevista y desde entonces ha contactado al querellante diciendo que el menor será arrestado a pesar de que no hay evidencia de prueba. La OPO recomienda que esta alegación reciba una clasificación A.
