OPO Recommendation for Case #2024-0207, Officer Kyle Miller
In response to Interim Chief of Police Robin Henderson's disciplinary determination regarding Officer Kyle Miller in case #2024-0207, the Office of Police Oversight recommends that APD administer the appropriate discipline in compliance with APD's General Order Disciplinary Matrix. OPO's review of the Internal Affairs investigation revealed that Officer Miller attempted to initiate a dating relationship with another officer despite her refusal, violating General Orders 914.3.2 Sexual Harassment.
