OPO Recommendation for Case #2024-0863, Officer Calvin Fusilier
In response to Commander Shauna Griffin's disciplinary determination regarding Officer Calvin Fusilier's conduct, the Office of Police Oversight recommends that the complaint be sustained and that Officer Fusilier receive a one to five-day suspension per the Discipline Matrix.
OPO's review of the Internal Affairs investigation revealed that Officer Fusilier deployed a taser device on a passively resistant subject and admitted to violating General Orders 200.2.1, 200.4, and 208.4.2.
