Oral reprimand of Officer Luis Soto-Saldivar
Commander Miesse delivered an oral reprimand to Officer Soto-Saldivar for not entering property or damage on a vehicle towed from the scene during a collision investigation. This violates Austin Policy Department policy 350.4, which states in part that in all incidents where a vehicle is impounded or moved, officers will make an inventory of the vehicle for damage and any items of personal property.

Reprimenda verbal al oficial Luis Soto-Saldivar
El comandante Miesse disciplinó oralmente al oficial Soto-Saldivar por no reportar la propiedad o daño a un vehículo transportado en grúa de la escena de un choque durante su investigación. Esto viola la política 350.4 del Departamento de Policía de Austin que indica en parte que en todos los incidentes en los que se tome posesión o se mueva un vehículo los oficiales harán un inventario del vehículo para anotar daños y cualquier artículo personal.
