Location: 1000 E. 41st Street (Twin Liquors Hancock)  

Austin Police (APD) detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a shoplifting incident that took place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m. at the Twin Liquors located at 1000 E. 41 St. The suspects concealed multiple bottles of tequila in their clothing and exited the store without paying.

Suspect #1 is described as:
Surveillance photos of suspect #1
  • Black female  
  • Early 20s  
  • 5'4" tall
  • 120 lbs.  
  • Last seen wearing a pink hoodie, black leggings, and pink/white Nike Jordans

Suspect #2 is described as:

  • Black male  
  • 5'10" tall
  • 150 lbs.  
  • Last seen wearing a black do-rag, grey joggers, white t-shirt, and white sneakers
