Growing Asian Vegetables & Herbs: Ready to spice up your garden—and your kitchen? Join us for Dig It! Gardening in Texas: Growing Asian Vegetables & Herbs, where we’ll explore a vibrant world of flavors you can grow right here in Central Texas! 

Local Cultivation Coach Austin Davenport will guide you through the ins and outs of growing a wide variety of delicious and nutritious Asian vegetables and herbs—from leafy greens to fragrant staples used in cuisines across the continent. Learn what thrives in our climate, how to care for your plants, and tips for a bountiful harvest. 

Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting your hands dirty for the first time, this workshop will leave you inspired to grow something new (and tasty!). 

The first 50 folks will get to take home a 4 inch vegetable or herb seedling of their choice, so come early for the best selection!
