The Austin Police (APD) Robbery Unit is requesting the community’s assistance with identifying the suspect involved in a bank robbery that occurred at the Austin Telco Federal Credit Union located at 12188 Jollyville Road on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:09 a.m. The suspect, whose description and photos are included below, entered the bank armed with a firearm. When the suspect was inside the bank, he displayed the weapon to the employees and demanded money. The suspect fled after obtaining a large amount of cash.

The suspect is described as:

  • Male
  • Average build
  • Last seen wearing a black wig, ski goggles, black mask, yellow reflective vest, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants with reflective stripe on sides, light-colored gloves and dark shoes.
