Queja formal: Propósito y alcance, actitud imparcial y cortesía y otras violaciones a políticas
La querellante alega que ella llamó y pidió a un oficial de salud mental y que el primer oficial de APD que llegó empeoró la situación y dijo que no iba a hablar con ella.
