Temporary suspension of Officer Paul Stratton

An Internal Affairs investigation revealed that Officer Stratton violated Civil Service Rules and APD policy when he failed to appropriately respond to a domestic violence incident. Officer Stratton engaged with a community member in an unprofessional manner, failed to make an arrest, failed to properly investigate the incident, and failed to contact medical assistance for the injured party.
