Location: 12221 N. Mopac Expressway – Saint David’s Hospital

Austin Police (APD) Missing Persons Unit Detectives are requesting the community’s assistance with locating 63-year-old, Tracey Warren. He was last seen on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 3:30 a.m., when he was discharged from Saint David’s Hospital located at 12221 N. Mopac Expressway.
 
Detectives are concerned for Mr. Warren’s well-being.
 
Mr. Warren is described as:

• White male
• 5’7”
• 160 lbs.
• Brown eyes
• Shoulder length gray/brown hair with receding hair line
• Full gray/brown beard
• He was last seen wearing a blue-collar shirt and gray shorts
