Formal complaint: Off-duty law enforcement actions and other policy violations
Complainant alleges that after he got into an argument during a party in his backyard, an off-duty Austin police officer who had been drinking and was not in her jurisdiction came into his backyard, yelled at him, entered his house, and began to unload the complainant's weapons. He was then tackled, held at gunpoint, and arrested, which resulted in an injury. The Office of Police Oversight recommends that this allegation receive an A classification.

El querellante alega que luego de que tuvo una discusión durante una fiesta en su patio, un oficial de la Policía de Austin fuera de horas laborables que había estado bebiendo y no formaba parte de su jurisdicción, entró a su patio, le gritó, entró a su casa y comenzó a descargar las armas del querellante. Luego fue tirado al suelo, apuntado con un arma y arrestado, lo que le ocasionó una lesión. La Oficina de Fiscalización de la Policía recomienda que esta alegación reciba una clasificación A.
