Queja formal: Redacción de informe y requisitos de arresto por ofensas de agresión
El querellante alega que cuando los oficiales respondieron a una perturbación relacionada con la hija del querellante y el novio de la hija, estos le permitieron al novio entrar a la residencia, cerrar la puerta y físicamente agredir a la hija después de que llegaron a la escena. Además, el querellante alega que no se tomó ninguna acción cuando la hija les informó a los oficiales que acababa de ser agredida. OPO recomienda que esta alegación reciba una clasificación B.
