Queja formal: Propósito y alcance
El querellante alega que los oficiales pudieran haber violado alguna política del Departamento de Policía de Austin durante una parada de tránsito. El oficial supuestamente hizo comentarios racistas y le dio al querellante una multa cuando pidió que proporcionaran un oficial que hablara español.
