Queja formal: Insubordinación, obediencia a las órdenes y otras violaciones a políticas
El querellante alega que los oficiales de APD crearon un ambiente hostil luego de responder a una llamada que implicaba a su madre, un amigo de la madre y 2 niños menores. El querellante alega que su hermano fue esposado innecesariamente. El querellante también alega que un oficial de APD en la escena le acosó, humilló y fue combativo. OPO recomienda que esta alegación reciba una clasificación A.
