    Temporary suspension of Sergeant Eric Cleveland

Internal Affairs' investigation revealed that Sergeant Cleveland, while assisting with the apprehension of a fleeing suspect, drove his city vehicle onto the sidewalk, causing the suspect's bicycle to collide with his vehicle. His use of force failed to follow standard operating procedures, and his body worn camera device was not properly attached to his person and was not powered on for the entirety of his enforcement actions.

    Suspensión temporal del sargento Eric Cleveland
