About the Commission

The Consumer Advocacy Group will develop revised rules for deferred payment plans and utility service disconnections. The Group will develop an arrearage management plan based upon best practices. The Group will also develop appropriate customer service practices for providing information to customers. See Resolution 20131107-052.
