Complainant alleges that while following official process after a fender bender involving the VIA Metropolitan Transit Authority bus they were driving and an off-duty Austin police officer's pickup truck, the officer behaved in a hostile and intimidating manner and impeded the investigation of the incident. El querellante alega que mientras seguía un proceso oficial luego de un choque menor mientras manejaba un autobús de la Autoridad Metropolitana de Transporte VIA con la camioneta pickup de un oficial de la Policía de Austin que no estaba en horas laborables, el oficial se comportó de manera hostil e intimidante y entorpeció la investigación del incidente.
