Formal complaint: Purpose and scope–responsibility to the community and other policy violations
Complainant alleges that while attempting to report a disturbance outside his home, he was instructed by a 911 officer to go outside to get a more accurate description of the occurrence. He was then physically and verbally assaulted by people involved in the disturbance. The officer that showed up then accused the complainant of being involved with the disturbance rather than offering medical help. Office of Police Oversight recommend that this allegation receive an A classification.

El querellante alega que mientras intentaba reportar un altercado fuera de su casa, un oficial del servicio de 911 le ordenó que saliera para obtener una descripción más clara del incidente. Entonces él fue agredido física y verbalmente por las personas implicadas en el altercado.
