APD Detectives Search for a Suspect in Connection to an Assault with Injury Case

The Austin Police (APD) is requesting the public’s assistance with a identifying a male suspect in connection to an Assault with Injury that occurred on Friday, April 10, 2026, at approximately 11:55 p.m. at Pour Choices located at 401 East 6th Street.
Two separate crowds assaulted a female and her fiancé. The female was eventually punched by a bystander, fell on the ground, and was then attacked by another female. While trying to defend herself, the pictured individual pulled the victim by her hair and kicked her in the head while friends of the male attempted to stop him from further contact with the female.
The suspect is described as:
- Hispanic male
- Heavy set
- Early 20s
- Short haircut
- He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with “MF” on the front and in sequins.
- Black and grey tattoo on his right arm, and a small tattoo on the outside of his left hand.
