ESB MACC: All Levels Bilingual Yoga at Southeast Branch Library

 

As part of Casa De La Cultura Movimiento series, All Levels Yoga is a beginner friendly class guided by Aneika Perez that focuses on body awareness, connection with the breath, with gentle movement, and time for meditation and relaxation. The library has mats to share.
